STUCCO
Stucco is a popular exterior finish for buildings and homes. It provides an economical hard surface that is durable and long lasting, which can be colored and finished in a wide range of textures to adorn any architectural style. It can be applied both in new construction and remodeling applications. Stucco can be applied over some existing sidings and all masonry types, such as brick, stone or concrete.
At SCS, we are experts in the application of stucco. Since we are also a roofing company, we fully understand the importance of the interface between stucco and roofing. It is at this critical point that flashing and terminations must be done correctly to ensure there are no water intrusions. We also use a seal sealing barrier behind the stucco in all critical areas, such as walls above roof sections and chimneys.
